    S&C on CD Windows Troubleshooting

If you are not presented with a Product ID and Input String you must start over and use the stand-alone Acrobat Reader installer. Depending on your operating system install rs32e301.exe for Windows 95/98/NT or rs16v301.exe for Windows 3.1x. After that installation is successful, double click Install.exe, which is located on the root directory of the CD-ROM. You will be presented with the secure installation control to finish the installation.

    Step 1

  • Go to the Start menu of your windows machine.
  • Go to the Programs menu and choose the SNC folder.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • Go to the root directory of your copy of S&C on CD.
  • Choose the correct Acrobat Reader installer (rs32e301.exe [Windows 95 or NT]or rs16v301.exe [Windows 3.1x])
  • Step 2
  • Access or Explore your CD-ROM drive.
  • Double Click Install.exe.
  • Note:

You will need to provide the Product ID and the Input String in order to successfully install S&C on CD. Please email these unique strings to SNC@Traders.com. Be sure to carefully record the correct values. These are absolutely necessary for your copy of S&C on CD to install and work on your machine.
